I had no issues with it for the 4000 miles of my ownership. The 2nd owner has the car up to about 10K miles total, no issues with it either. The Posi uses clutches. The clutches wear out in time and would need to be rebuilt. Both the Posi and Detroit Truetrac are an Eaton product. My choice would be the Truetrac.eaton truetrac gear oil.
